This role involves testing different pillow materials, shapes, and support levels by using them as a consumer would, and providing detailed feedback to manufacturers. Pillow testers may also assess factors such as allergen resistance, washability, and overall user experience to help companies improve their products. Their insights ensure that customers receive high-quality, comfortable pillows.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a pillow tester?

To excel as a Pillow Tester, you need a keen sense of touch, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of textile and material quality standards, typically acquired through relevant experience or training in quality assurance.
