Strong Communicator – You speak and write clearly, confidently, and professionally.
Team Player – You bring positive energy and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Coachable – You’re open to feedback and eager to learn—we’re happy to train the right person!
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 1+ years in customer service or sales (fitness/wellness industry a plus)
  • Passion for fitness and familiarity with Pilates is a bonus
  • Comfortable with phone outreach and CRM tools
