Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcoming every guest
  • Checking in guests to pool & spa services & getting them their items (robe & slides)
  • Assisting with basic guest service inquiries
  • Helping new guests get comfortable and find their way around by providing a 1-on-1 tour to first-time guests
  • Maintaining the spa space by performing routine and miscellaneous tasks
  • Ensure treatments start on time by setting guests up for their service in a timely manner
  • Tag team with the Back of House team behind the scenes to fold laundry, run dishes & clean slides
  • Answer guest inquiries to the best of your knowledge; ensure all enquiries receive a follow up
  • Work alongside your team members to create an uplifting experience for everyone
  • Miscellaneous tasks as required
Program Requirements:
  • 3-month minimum commitment
  • 6 hours per week required; two 3 hour shifts per week or one 6 hour shift per week
