Certified Pilates Instructor - Club Pilates Monrovia
Are you passionate about Pilates and excited to help people transform their health and lives? At Club Pilates Monrovia, we're looking for enthusiastic, professional, and inspiring Certified Pilates Instructors to join our growing team.
With hundreds of studios nationwide, Club Pilates has introduced millions to Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based method, modernized with group practice and state-of-the-art equipment. We're committed to making Pilates accessible, empowering, and life-changing - and we want you to be part of that mission.
What You'll Do
  • Lead safe, challenging, and dynamic Pilates classes for groups of up to 12 clients.
  • Work with clients of all experience levels, helping them progress toward their goals.
  • Create a welcoming, motivating, and supportive class experience that keeps members coming back.
  • Use a variety of equipment (Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, springboards, ballet barre, and more).
  • Teach both group and private sessions, while supporting studio membership and retail sales.
  • Be a positive force in the community, inspiring clients to "Do Pilates. Do Life."
What We're Looking For
  • Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours or equivalent).
