Role Overview
As an FS8 Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will deliver structured, high-quality group training sessions while creating a supportive, motivating, and inclusive studio culture. You will play a key role in member retention, experience, and studio community development.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Member Experience
  • Deliver pre-programmed FS8 workouts with confidence, precision, and high energy
  • Provide real-time coaching, movement corrections, and exercise modifications
  • Ensure member safety while maintaining an engaging and supportive class environment
  • Support members of all fitness levels and training background

Community & Studio Culture
  • Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment
  • Support new member onboarding and long-term retention efforts
  • Represent FS8 and Apex Wellness Group with professionalism and positivity

Professional Development
  • Participate in required in-house training and ongoing coaching education
  • Continuously develop Pilates, functional strength, and mobility coaching skills

Administrative & Team Support
  • Assist with member check-ins, booking support, and scheduling coordination
  • Support inventory management, equipment organization, and supply tracking

Qualifications
