Job Summary
We are seeking a Pilates Instructor to join our successful Club Pilates studios. As a Pilates Instructor, you will plan and lead pilates classes, ensuring that people of all fitness levels are able to participate. Your goal is to help clients reach their pilates fitness objectives and have fun while doing it! The ideal candidate is a positive, engaging teacher with a passion for fitness. 
Responsibilities 
  • Provide Pilates instruction to include group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training pursuant to Club Pilates standards to studio members and guests.
  • Develop pilates classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe.
  • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of their goals and help them make good health decisions.
  • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies.
  • Stay up-to-date and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive learning and teaching environment for all clients and fellow instructors.  
  • Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
Qualifications
  • 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates education and Certification (minimum to include Mat and Reformer).
  • Skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Exo-Chair, Springboard, TRX, and pilates magic circle.
  • Knowledge of physiology, pilates technique, and body mechanics. 
  • Experience teaching 6 of more participants in an apparatus-based group class and demonstrated group reformer instruction abilities.
  • First aid and CPR-certified.
  • Passion for learning and continuing education. 
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work harmoniously with others.
