  • Build authentic client relationships that support retention and studio growth.
  • Deliver a consistent Solterra experience while bringing your own personality and teaching strengths to the room.

Qualified instructors may also have opportunities to provide private Pilates sessions based on experience, certification, availability, and client demand.

  • Recognized Pilates certification such as Balanced Body, Merrithew/STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana’s, Peak, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency teaching Reformer Pilates.
  • Strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement mechanics, alignment, and safe progression.
  • Excellent cueing, coaching presence, and professional communication.
  • Ability to modify and progress exercises for different experience levels and abilities.
  • High standards for preparation, reliability, and client care.
  • CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain prior to opening.
  • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule.
Comprehensive Pilates training, Mat certification, private-session experience, additional apparatus training, and experience in boutique fitness or premium wellness environments are preferred.
Compensation & Perks
  • $30–$45 per completed group class based on experience, certifications, and class format.
  • Attendance-based bonus opportunities as classes fill.
  • Private-session compensation paid separately when applicable.
  • Discounts on Solterra services, retail, and café offerings.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
