Equinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the team!

This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Ability to coach and lead a team
  • Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
  • Professionally greet members and guests
  • Scan membership ID’s
  • Answer phones
  • Update members’ accounts
  • Maintain an orderly lobby area
  • Availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekends

Pay Transparency : $21.80/hr
