We are seeking to hire a part-time Pilates Instructor!

Pilates Instructor Job Duties:
  • Lead Pilates classes using mat work and/or equipment tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals.

  • Assess clients' physical condition and limitations to design personalized Pilates programs.

  • Demonstrate and correct form and technique to ensure participant safety and effectiveness.

  • Provide modifications or progressions as needed for injuries, skill levels, or special populations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment by inspecting equipment and reporting maintenance needs.

  • Track client progress and provide feedback, encouragement, and support to help clients meet fitness objectives.

  • Educate clients about body awareness, alignment, and breathing techniques integral to Pilates practice.

  • Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education.

  • Adhere to safety, health, and facility protocols and promote an inclusive and welcoming studio environment.

Pilates Instructor Qualifications:
  • Certification from a recognized Pilates organization
