What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Pig & Grits recipes and standards
  • Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards
  • Help with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders
