Want to learn a new craft? We are seeking Sewing enthusiasts to join our team. We welcome experienced sewers and those new to the craft who are motivated to learn. In this role you will be provided on-the-job training, opportunities to grow within the company, and an opportunity to be part of the Carolina family. As a valued Sewing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in producing our seating line according to quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to patterns and instructions.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Skills
Experienced Sewers
  • Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator
