Job description

We are seeking dependable Picker and Packer to join an electronics manufacturing and distribution company in Elkridge, MD. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by handling picking, packing, shipping, and general inventory tasks on the first shift.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
  • Prepare shipments, label packages, and ensure correct handling of products.
  • Pack items securely with correct materials (boxes, tape, labels) to prevent damage.
  • Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy and condition of items.
  • Wrap and stage pallets for shipment in the designated shipping area.
  • Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse shelves.
  • Move scrap or packaging materials to recycling/disposal areas as needed.
  • Follow safety, food safety, and quality standards (ISO, SQF, customer requirements).
  • Keep workstations clean and safe, report potential hazards or issues promptly.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
