The Logistics Coordinator manages end-to-end order, inventory, and shipment activities within a dynamic data center and warehouse environment. This role serves as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient material movement. The Logistics Coordinator monitors operational reports, maintains precise records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and overall service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and track customer orders from creation through completion, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with carriers and partners.
  • Oversee material movement and logistics activities within a data center and warehouse environment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer requests, order updates, and escalations, providing timely and clear communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and urgent requests while providing regular status updates and issue resolution.
  • Monitor reports and performance metrics related to orders, inventory, and shipments to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct audits of inventory, orders, and documentation to maintain data integrity and support compliance with internal processes.
