Job Title: Order PickerPosition Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Picker to join our distribution warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping replacement parts and components used in recreational vehicles, ATVs, and other equipment. You will work with modern warehouse technology, including RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and material handling equipment, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, organized environment and are looking to grow their skills in inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
  • Retrieve a wide range of inventory items, including small components, hardware, decals, belts, bearings, frames, and other replacement parts.
  • Use push carts and material handling equipment to transport products throughout the warehouse.
  • Safely operate a reach truck to access inventory stored in elevated warehouse locations.
  • Scan products and inventory movements to maintain accurate records and inventory control.
  • Perform bin transfers and inventory updates within the warehouse management system.
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring product accuracy and quality.
