Job Title: Shipping and Receiving AssociateJob Description

The Shipping and Receiving Associate accurately handle full totes from automated robots, reload totes as needed, and stack them onto pallets while operating pallet jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures materials are picked, packed, and moved efficiently using RF scanners and basic computer systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Receive full totes from robots and safely transfer them to designated areas.
  • Reload totes as needed to support ongoing warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Stack totes neatly and securely onto pallets to optimize storage and transport.
  • Operate pallet jacks to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform picking and packing tasks to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory, confirm picks, and update system records.
  • Handle materials with care to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
  • Count items accurately and enter data into computer systems as required.
  • Follow established procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
