Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Warehouse Workers/Material Handlers at a distribution center that specializes in Car Mats, etc. located in Bolingbrook, IL. $17 an hour.ย

Responsibilities:
WAREHOUSE WORKERS/MATERIAL HANDLERS
โ€ข Plan and prioritize work by reviewing production schedule
* Ensure that all necessary inventory is available for production use before it is needed to prevent production delays and coordinate the ordering of material/inventory with the Shipping Lead
โ€ข Be responsible for completing cycle counts / manually counting product
โ€ข Return materials from production and consolidate racks for efficiency
โ€ข Fulfill work order request forms in a timely manner
โ€ข Organize all production materials and inventory; use RF Scanner to scan material to appropriate locations and verify quantities are accurate; replenish stock as needed
โ€ข Split and/or combine labels to ensure accuracy when pulling and distributing products
โ€ข Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
โ€ข Complete daily inspection of equipment and communicate maintenance needs or damage to supervisor immediately
โ€ข Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
โ€ข Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
โ€ข Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
โ€ข Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
โ€ข Perform other duties as assignedย

Qualifications
ย Have 6 months of prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
โ€ข Possess a high School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข Have familiarity with operating computers and RF Scanner
โ€ข Possess basic math skills to calculate weight and basic reading skills to read labels
โ€ข Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various departments throughout the company
โ€ข Have a high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries

  • IL Paid Leave for All Workers
An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.ย  The 12 monthย accrualย period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.ย  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.ย  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:ย  Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.ย  Entry dates into the 401(k) are:ย  1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.ย  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
