What You Will Be Doing:
  • Load material for internal and external customers, ensuring accurate orders.
  • Assist with unloading shipments and pulling product for orders.
  • Operate equipment including trucks, tractors, forklifts, bobcats, and skid steer loaders.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, coworkers, and sales staff.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and lift objects frequently.
  • Consistently lift heavy loads weighing 50 pounds or more.
Schedule:
  • Full-time Seasonal with typical Monday through Friday hours during peak season (April to November) and every other weekend rotation.
  • Overtime may be required as workload dictates.
Skills Required:
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • 1-2 years of Warehouse or Material Handling experience preferred.
  • Ability or willingness to learn basic pruning skills and knowledge of plants
  • Ability or willingness to learn to operate various equipment.
