Overview

Warehouse Loader / Inventory Associate

Location: Lake Mills, WI

Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or until workload is completed)

Pay: $20.00 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)

Responsibilities

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading and unloading route delivery trucks with accurate, predetermined supplies of company products while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and trailers manually and/or using a forklift
  • Verify load sheets to ensure trucks receive the correct product and equipment
  • Input product loads in and out of the inventory system
  • Participate in daily inventory activities, including cycle counts
  • Order products and support inventory control processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading area
  • Park route delivery trucks in designated areas within the facility

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy requirements
  • Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
  • Basic computer, data entry, and math skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Strong English language skills for communication, safety, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience (certification provided if needed)
  • Previous warehouse, loading, logistics, or inventory experience
  • Experience with inventory systems (SAP or similar preferred)
