USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Truck Loader to join our team. This position will be located in our Landover, MD location.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load customer orders and transfers onto designated trucks according to routing instructions provided by CDC management.
  • Organize and stage orders accurately based on delivery method (ship via) and ensure they are loaded in proper sequence.
  • Support CDC operations by picking, packing, staging, and checking outbound orders.
  • Secure shipments by shrink-wrapping pallets to maintain load stability and product integrity during transit.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Experience operating reach trucks and sit-down forklifts; certification may be required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
