Job description

Position Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Associate will support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, kitting and general warehouse organization.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe and well-organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

·       Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

·       Prepare shipments with UPS, FedEx and freight carriers.

Receiving and Stock Management

·       Receive incoming deliveries and inspect goods for accuracy and condition.

·       Put away stock in designated warehouse locations.

·       Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Inventory, Kitting and Organization

·       Assemble product kits and promotional displays.

·       Assist with inventory counts and support accurate stock records.

·       Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.

·       Work with the Warehouse Lead to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.

General Warehouse Support

·       Support general warehouse activities as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous warehouse, shipping or distribution experience.
  • Consistent work history with at least 1 year at previous jobs
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential (training can be provided).
