About the Role

Re-Bath is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting products for damage or defects.
  • Organize and store products according to company safety and warehouse standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
  • Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
  • Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday/for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
