Their main responsibility is to help customers locate and remove used auto parts from vehicles in the yard. They may provide guidance on tools, safety procedures, and part availability. While customers generally remove parts themselves, Pick Pull workers ensure the yard is organized, safe, and that inventory is managed properly. This role requires basic automotive knowledge and good customer service skills.

These skills ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient operations, and a safe work environment in fast-paced settings.

What are some common challenges faced by pick pull employees in an automotive salvage yard, and how can they be managed?
