The individual in this position must be organized, goal oriented, stay on task and able to lift 45lbs or more throughout the day. Basic computer skills are necessary. This position requires order pulling/picking and then packing/processing orders to be picked up by UPS/FedEx. This position will also process incoming UPS/FedEx packages then counting in and verifying new inventory.
 
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments 
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and verifying orders with precision
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy within warehouse distribution operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in inventory management software and warehouse management systems
  • Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, packing, and data entry tasks
  • Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting purposes
