Job description

We are seeking reliable, proactive, and energetic Warehouse Staff to support our warehouse and logistics team on an as-needed/flexible basis. In this role, you will play a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, preparing orders, loading/unloading freight, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace.

This is a flexible role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect packages/materials for damage, and check off contents against delivery manifests or packing slips.
  • Picking & Packing: Accurately pull stock, materials, or equipment according to pick lists and pack items securely for transit or dispatch.
  • Staging & Freight Prep: Organize and stage crates, pallets, and materials for outbound shipping; assist with wrapping pallets and securing cargo.
  • Inventory Control & Putaway: Move stock to designated storage locations or racking, ensuring accurate placement and clear labeling.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep walkways, staging areas, and packing stations clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely use manual handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) and adhere to all safety procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physical labor environment is preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates).
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) throughout a shift.
  • Punctuality & Flexibility: Strong reliability with flexible availability to work varied shifts, busy operational peaks, or call-in hours on short notice.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions, read packing lists accurately, and maintain high standards of workplace safety.
  • Safety Mindset: Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., steel-toe boots, hi-vis vest) and adhering to site safety protocols.
