Rejoignez une équipe dynamique spécialisée dans la fabrication et l’assemblage d’équipements électriques industriels de pointe, incluant des appareillages de commutation, des batteries et des panneaux de contrôle. Le commis d’entrepôt soutient les opérations quotidiennes de production et de logistique en assurant la réception, la préparation, l’expédition et le rangement efficace des marchandises, tout en respectant des normes élevées de qualité, de sécurité et d’organisation.

Responsabilités

  • Sélectionner, préparer et emballer les produits finis selon les normes et procédures établies par l’entreprise.
  • Effectuer la réception des matières premières, vérifier l’exactitude des marchandises reçues et signaler toute non-conformité.
  • Préparer et expédier les équipements industriels finis en respectant les délais, les documents d’expédition et les exigences des clients.
  • Opérer de manière sécuritaire un chariot élévateur assis (sit-down forklift) pour déplacer le matériel dans l’entrepôt.
  • Charger et décharger les camions de livraison en utilisant les équipements de manutention appropriés.
  • Entreposer le matériel aux emplacements désignés et s’assurer que les informations d’inventaire sont mises à jour dans le système.
  • Utiliser un scanner RF et les systèmes de suivi d’inventaire pour effectuer le picking, le rangement et les ajustements nécessaires.
  • Effectuer la manutention de pièces et de composants électriques, incluant la préparation de pièces et la gestion de l’inventaire de pièces.
  • Utiliser les systèmes et logiciels d’expédition pour effectuer les entrées d’expédition et générer les documents requis.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire dans l’entrepôt et les zones de production.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team specialized in the manufacturing and assembly of advanced industrial electrical equipment, including switchgears, batteries, and control panels. The warehouse worker supports daily production and logistics operations by handling receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and storage of goods, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Select, prepare, and pack finished products in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Receive raw materials, verify the accuracy and condition of incoming goods, and report any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and ship finished industrial equipment, ensuring on-time dispatch, proper documentation, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
  • Store materials in designated locations and ensure inventory information is accurately updated in the system.
  • Use an RF scanner and inventory tracking systems to perform picking, put-away, and inventory adjustments.
  • Handle parts and electrical components, including preparing parts and managing parts inventory.
  • Use shipping systems and shipping software to perform shipping entries and generate required shipping documents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and production areas.
  • Strictly follow occupational health and safety standards as well as internal procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure an efficient workflow.
