Job Description

Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble product kits according to detailed order specifications
- Verify product counts against order documentation and ensure items are complete
- Inspect products and kits for quality, damage, and overall completeness before shipping
- Label, package, and prepare kits for outbound shipping in line with warehouse standards
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed, including staging and organizing outbound orders
- Perform picking, packing, and order selection tasks using established warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and general labor guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Assist with basic warehouse inventory tasks related to pick and pack operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Demonstrated consistent and reliable work history
- Ability to perform pick and pack tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Experience with general warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders
- Capability to support shipping and receiving functions in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail when assembling kits and verifying product counts
- Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols consistently
- Effective teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to maintain an organized work area and manage multiple tasks during the shift

Work Environment
This role operates on a day shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, providing a consistent four-day workweek. Work takes place in a brand-new warehouse facility designed for efficient pick and pack operations. The environment is focused on safety, cleanliness, and organization, with established protocols for shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Employees perform general labor, picking, packing, and order selection tasks in a collaborative team setting, following standard warehouse practices and procedures.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
