What is a pick pack?

Pick Pack jobs involve selecting (picking) products from a warehouse or storage location and packaging (packing) them for shipment to customers or retail locations. Employees in these roles are responsible for ensuring that the correct items are picked according to order specifications, packed securely, and labeled properly.
