Job description

Warehouse Pick and Pack

Picker/Packer Warehouse Associate Groveport, Ohio Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 6am - 4:30pm OT on Saturdays 8a-2:30p Pay: $16.50

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving & storing materials
  • Picking, packing & scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Processes orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; palatalize, label and shrink wrapping orders.
  • Communicate quality & inventory issues
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
  • Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
  • Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs.
  • Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
  • Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
