Location- Elliot Lake, ON
Work Arrangement- Onsite, Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Overtime available

What you'll do
Material Handling:Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials accurately and safely around the facility, ensuring timely support to production teams.
Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory locations, enforce quarantines and material hold points, and input material movements into SAP to keep inventory current and support production needs.
Fabrication Support:Cut and measure wood and fabric products for packaging using hand tools such as saws, drills, and air guns, supporting shop staff with precise material preparation.
Production Support:Understand daily production requirements, stage and pick items accurately under supervision, and ensure materials are delivered promptly to meet operational demands.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
Forklift operation experience Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory systems such as SAP.
Ability to read and interpret job cards, instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
Strong hands-on skills with tools for cutting and measuring materials safely and precisely.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with safety compliance and hazard recognition in a warehouse or production setting.
Basic math skills including algebra and geometry for practical problem solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture with a positive attitude.
