Warehouse Associate Openings in the Hanover Area.

Available Shifts: Flex Shift: Thurs-Sun 6am-4:30pm

Starting Wages: $19/hr Flex Shift

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support our client's daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory, and value-added services. Associates are responsible for ensuring products are processed accurately, safely, and delivered to customers on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, label, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Process returns, rework, and value-added service tasks.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure order accuracy.
  • Load outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
