Pick Associates play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. Their duties often involve physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and organizing goods, and they may also assist with packing and labeling shipments.

Pick Associates often encounter challenges such as meeting tight productivity targets, navigating large warehouse spaces efficiently, and adapting to frequent changes in order priorities. Effective time management, attention to detail, and strong communication with team members and supervisors can help overcome these challenges.
