What is a pick associate?

Pick Associates are warehouse workers responsible for locating, picking, and preparing items for shipment based on customer orders. They use handheld scanners or order sheets to find products in the warehouse and ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected. Pick Associates play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. Their duties often involve physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and organizing goods, and they may also assist with packing and labeling shipments.
