RESPONSIBILITIES: SMCC is seeking an adjunct instructor in Physics to teach descriptive, Algebra and Calculus-based introductory Physics courses. Depending on one’s qualifications, there may be additional opportunities to teach Astronomy and/or Chemistry courses
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Physics, or related field
- Postsecondary teaching experience, or related teaching experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctoral degree in physics or related field
- 5 years community college teaching experience
- Experience with on-line teaching
