Location: Lakeland, Florida Type: Direct Hire Job Physician / Ortho Neuro We are seeking a qualified Physician / Spine Surgeon for an immediate opening in Lakeland, FL with experience in general dentistry. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to join our quality focused clinic! Our client offers the following benefits: $40% of collections to Physician Insurance (health, vision, dental) PTO Partnership Track possible Ability to control patients seen or procedures administered Physician / Spine Surgeon / Ortho Neuro Responsibilities: Clinical Knowledge Demonstrates knowledge of etiologies, risk factors, pathophysiology, presentation and epidemiology of medical conditions. Performs history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, complete, concise, relevant and appropriate for age, gender and clinical problem. Orders appropriate diagnostic studies and correctly interprets the results. Patient Care Provides care that is patient and family centered, compassionate, appropriate and effective for the promotion of health, prevention of illness and treatment of disease throughout the lifespan. Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team. Incorporates the patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings. Practice Based Learning and Clinical Improvement Demonstrates insight into own strengths, limitations and knowledge deficits. Demonstrates initiative to meet identified learning needs using multiple resources. Actively participates in self-evaluation by seeking and utilizing guidance and constructive feedback in a professional manner. Procedures Performs routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: Requirements/Qualifications: New Grads Welcome to apply 4 year bachelor s degree 4 year medical school program 6 to 8 additional years of residency program Active ME license in State of Florida AND Active board certification.
