Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, developing care plans, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
  • Perform minor procedures as appropriate to specialty
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies

Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Active state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
