Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Allergy & ENT

Allergy & ENT Associates is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team supporting our Baytown and Kingwood locations.

Position Responsibilities

The NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of allergy, asthma, sinus, and ENT conditions, working collaboratively with our physicians and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations

  • Diagnose and manage allergy, asthma, sinus, and ENT conditions

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing

  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice

  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans and ongoing condition management

  • Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training and competency

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications
  • Current Texas NP or PA license, or ability to obtain

  • Board certification as an NP or PA-C

  • Strong clinical and patient communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician-led team

  • Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or related experience preferred

  • Allergy and/or ENT experience is highly preferred
