Job description

Join our team at MSP Design Group! We are hiring Screen Print Production Assistants to work out of our facilities in Virginia Beach, VA! Starting pay is $15/hr with an opportunity to learn about screen printing and press operation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • No previous screen print experience necessary - we provide on-the-job training!
  • Hands-on, physically active, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and stays focused through repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions, adhering to safety procedures and production schedules
  • Assist with screen print set up, including preparing screens, gathering and preparing garments and checking for quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours), lift up to 40 pounds or more, and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Reliable and consistent attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed
  • General area upkeep and additional duties as assigned
