Key Responsibilities
  • Examine, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, prioritizing functional improvement and rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide consultations to other healthcare professionals regarding the continuum of care for patients, ensuring coordinated and effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, respecting diverse backgrounds and cultural perspectives.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to interpret findings and monitor treatment, consistently adjusting discharge plans to reflect patient progress.
