They serve as a liaison between patients, therapists, physicians, and insurance providers to facilitate communication and optimize outcomes. Their responsibilities may include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and addressing any barriers to care. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, high-quality therapy services tailored to their specific needs.
