Position Description:

This position is located in Knoxville, TN.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. As the first impression of CGI, greet CGI Partners and guests in a friendly and professional
manner.
. Assess and address all inquiries/requests and forward them appropriately.
. Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner using proper phone greeting
techniques.
. Keep accurate records in the appropriate systems of all access credentials given to CGI Federal
Partners, CGI CSG Partners, contractors, and visitors.
. Coordinate parking badges/vouchers for CGI Federal Partners, CGI CSG Partners, contractors, and
visitors.
. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
. Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings and appointments.
. Support the facility in planning, communications related to, set up, and breakdown for events
and meetings.
. Support various administrative tasks related to the facility.
. Perform other administrative duties as coordinated and agreed to between the Industrial Security
manager and Onshore Center Lead.
. Provide support on new hire onboarding activities.
Physical and Industrial Security:
. Monitor and manage visitor access to ensure compliance with security protocols, policies, and
the SSA.
. Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and access credentials.
. Maintain the separation between CGI Federal and CGI Parent/Affiliate.
. Coordinate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) on suspicious and security related
matters.
. Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures for this facility.
. Report any security incidents or breaches to the appropriate authorities.
. Support the Insider Threat and Counterintelligence programs by monitoring and reporting
suspicious activities.
FOCI Monitoring and Reporting:
. Ensure that all access credentials issued are displayed properly and report any unreturned
access credentials to the Industrial Security team.
. Monitor the approved Vendor list issued by Industrial Security/Facili
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 3 to 5 years' experience as a receptionist/office support person with a minimum of 2 years'
experience as an office receptionist.
. A basic knowledge of facilities/building operations is a great asset.
. Ability to communicate requirements and schedules for vendor services to partners in a timely
manner is a necessity.
. Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office tool suite.
. Ability to schedule and manage appointments in Outlook.
. Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills to build solid working
relationships.
. Focused on customer service and the ability to always maintain a high level of
professionalism.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,700.00 $58,100.00.
