Job Summary

The General Manager will lead all aspects of our physical security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of the security industry.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue.
  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and client expansion.

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations of the physical security division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing any issues promptly.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.  Law enforcement and contract security industry experience required.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management and client relationship development.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency with security management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
