Job description

Bayland Buildings is actively seekingConcrete Tradespeopleto work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Walls/Foundations of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!


Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with crew members performing concrete walls/foundations on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
  • Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.


Key Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
  • Ability to perform physical labor
  • Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
