Job description

Software Engineer L3

We are currently looking for a Backend Software Engineer Level 3 with the following qualifications and technical experience:

Required Education/Experience:

  • Twenty (20)+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
    OR
  • Twenty-four (24)+ years of development experience in lieu of a qualifying degree

Required Technical Experience:

  • JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Java, C++, or VB.NET
  • HTML, CSS, PHP, Perl, Python, and Ruby
  • Experience developing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services in Apache Tomcat/Java or NodeJS environments

Full SDLC Experience Including:

  • Serving as the technical lead for multiple software development teams
  • Translating user requirements into software requirements
  • Developing software solutions based on system performance standards
  • Supporting software component design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis
  • Performing both new software development and enhancement of existing capabilities
  • Developing data queries for existing or proposed databases and repositories
  • Integrating new and existing software systems
  • Administering, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure application security and integrity

Work Schedule:
