Are you a passionate and licensed therapist or counselor who wants to make a real impact? Provive Wellness of Brentwood is actively hiring a Licensed Therapist (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic, supportive outpatient team. We help adults and adolescents facing mental health issues and co-occurring substance use disorders get back to living their best lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a compassionate outpatient setting (PHP, IOP, and traditional outpatient).

  • Complete thorough mental health and substance use assessments to support treatment planning.

  • Use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

  • Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and skills-based groups: anxiety, depression, relapse prevention, life skills, healthy coping, and more.

  • Collaborate with a friendly, multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers) to deliver whole-person care.

  • Crisis intervention and risk assessment, including referrals and safety planning as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation (EHR experience preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.

  • Active Independent Tennessee license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or similar).

  • At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling or therapy (bonus if you’ve worked with dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders).

  • Strong communicator, team player, and committed to ongoing learning.

  • Bonus: experience in PHP or IOP programs, and comfort with electronic health records.
