- Assist with last-minute show-day marketing requests and other onsite marketing needs.
- Organize and provide photos, video, and other captured content to the appropriate marketing team following events.
- Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined by the General Manager, Onsite Marketing Team leadership, or other venue leadership.

- Proven experience using Instagram and/or other social media platforms preferred.
- Interest and knowledge of music, concerts, and live entertainment.
- Strong eye for visual presentation, composition, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture high-quality photos and video.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional venue presentation.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
- Ability to work effectively with venue staff, artists, touring personnel, media, and guests.
