Job Description:

WHO WE ARE:

Saks Global is the largest multi-brand luxury retailer in the world, comprising Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks OFF 5TH. Powered by our talented colleagues, we are redefining luxury shopping by offering each customer a personalized experience across our store network and e-commerce platforms. Through strong partnerships with the world's most esteemed brands, cutting-edge technology and the industry's most comprehensive luxury customer data, Saks Global is shaping the future of retail.

YOU WILL BE:

The Photo & Video Producer manages the daily operational logistics-including budgets-for promotional and all-channel visual collateral strategy for Saks. This role is responsible for producing editorial digital content, including both photo and video, across multiple brands within Saks Global Digital.

The Producer oversees all aspects of production from pre- through post-, including managing the photo and video budgets, and sourcing talent such as models, hair & makeup artists, stylists, photographers, directors, and location scouts to bring each shoot to life. • Strategize and achieve maximum production per shoot to ensure a robust volume of content-including photography and video-for multi-channel usage (e.g., e-comm, editorial, social, and paid media).

  • Negotiate with external suppliers and manage monthly budget sheets to ensure all expenses fall within budgeted allowances. This includes full shoot logistics: talent, directors, location scouts, props, model bookings, and video crews.

  • Identify and maintain relationships with emerging model, photographer, hair/makeup, and video director/editor talent, with an intuitive understanding of the Saks Global brands and their distinct customer bases.

  • Effectively manage assigned projects, including scoping, quoting, cost tracking, and billing, while also processing department invoices and tracking billing requests.

  • Develop presentation material for concept proposals related to photography and video, including talent, locations, and treatments for multi-channel campaigns.

  • For in-house shoots, clearly communicate creative direction-including storyboards and shot lists-with studio teams and build strong working relationships to ensure successful execution.

  • Manage the editorial calendar, aligning with internal campaign and content calendars, ensuring video and photo deliverables are scheduled and delivered on time.

YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in production with publishing or photo agency OR worked in luxury fashion

  • Maintain and manage budget goals for editorial shoots

  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and In Design

  • Negotiation and budget management skills

  • Must work well under pressure

  • Strong and confident presence

  • Understanding of luxury customer

  • Project Management

  • Leadership and teamwork skills

  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills

  • Fashion aptitude; creative and innovative
