Job description

BRAND STYLIST & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Remote
Travel: Occasional travel required
Full-Time

Our client is a contemporary women's apparel brand. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the contemporary fashion landscape, and is excited to become a recognizable part of our brand.

This isn't a traditional social media management role. You'll help shape how customers experience our brand every day—through compelling content, thoughtful styling, authentic storytelling, and meaningful community building.

THE ROLE
  • Serve as the Brand Stylist—bringing each collection to life through styling tips, fit guidance, wardrobe inspiration, and on-camera storytelling.
  • Own and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content that reflects our premium brand.
  • Build distinct but complementary narratives across the brand, creating multiple authentic ways for customers to connect with the brand.
  • Collaborate on seasonal launches, campaigns, photo shoots, and marketing initiatives.
  • Travel for photo shoots, pop-up events, retail activations, and other brand experiences as needed.
  • Own the brand's creator ecosystem and help grow the brand through authentic partnerships.
WHO YOU ARE
You love fashion and understand the difference between creating content that gets views and content that builds a premium brand.
You're comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and naturally know how to sell through storytelling—not just talking about products.
You have a passion for styling, love helping women feel confident in what they wear, and are excited to become a recognizable voice of the brand's community. You understand that great social content isn't just about following trends—it's about building trust, creating connection, and inspiring customers to engage with a brand they love.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
  • Excellent photo, video, and editing skills
  • Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, affiliate programs, and ShopMy
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and creative instincts
  • A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A genuine love of people and the ability to make customers feel confident, inspired, and seen
If you are the perfect fit for this role, please apply with a brief explanation of why you're interested in this opportunity and provide links to examples of your work that feel relevant to the brand.
