We are a very busy and successful chain of photographic studios specializing in talent.

We are looking for 3 full time permanent Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Parkland, near Coral Springs. Ideally you will speak both English and Spanish.

This is a busy and exciting role in which you will be working as part of a team assisting our clients with customer service and aftercare. You will also assist with the accounts team so some billing experience would be a plus.

Your duties include:

  • Assisting clients who are in our aftercare program
  • Assisting clients who are on our diary
  • Confirming appointments
  • Moving and rescheduling appointments
  • Dealing with general inquiries
  • Assisting with Administrative duties

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, a mixture of 9am-5pm
