Summary of Role/Position 

CarParts.com is seeking an enthusiastic Product Styler who has a passion for the automotive industry and ensuring things run smoothly. The right person for this position appreciates the beauty of quality automotive parts and accessories and has the drive to create the best customer experience possible through product photography.  


This position is full-time, onsite at our Las Vegas, NV, Distribution Center.  


By helping to execute and improve the current workflow, the ideal coordinator will help manage our photo studio and inventory. Our ideal candidate is detail-orientated, a strong communicator, and eager to learn about the latest technologies that keep a photo studio running smoothly. 


In this role, you will assist the photographer to coordinate with warehouse staff to obtain and manage products needed for photography. You will also aid the photographer to stage and style products. 


This individual will be working under the direction of the photographer but should also be comfortable with taking the initiative to anticipate and address problems before they arise. You will be communicating with Teams Remotely and the ideal candidate will enjoy owning tasks from start to finish.   

  

Important Aspects of the Job:   

• Coordinate movement and return of inventory between the warehouse and photography area  

• Assist Automotive Product Photographer with day-to-day tasks including cleaning and styling products  

• Assist with on-set tasks, including adjusting lights, diffusers, stands, and equipment  

• Ability to communicate digitally and remotely with other team members  

• Navigate different technology platforms (MS Office, Airtable, PC, MAC)   

• Build a rapport with CarParts.com staff  

• Assist Automotive Product Photographer in meeting output targets through daily, weekly, and monthly assignments by management   

• Basic lighting and photography experience is preferred 

• Love cars and anything automotive

• Knowledge about photography and lighting techniques a plus  

• Knowledge about automotive parts a plus
