Job Summary
As a Digital Fulfillment Specialist, you help make sure our clients receive their orders on time and look great. You'll review digital orders for quality, help troubleshoot any issues that come up, build and submit print orders for school deliverables, and assist with customer requests. You'll also get hands-on with Photoshop and learn to create print files from templates. This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys learning
new things, and wants to build real skills in a team-oriented environment. We'll train you-just bring the right attitude!
Responsibilities
  • Review digital orders for quality and accuracy before they go to our print labs.
  • Help troubleshoot orders with errors and route issues to the right team for resolution (e.g., Marketing, Dev, IT).
  • Build out and submit print orders for school deliverables to our print labs.
  • Keep track of order status and provide updates throughout the lifetime of each job.
  • Help resolve customer requests and issues sent over from the Customer
  • Experience and Studio Experience teams, such as correction orders and delivery questions.
  • Create print files from templates and perform photo retouching and layups in Photoshop.
  • Work across multiple software platforms (we'll teach you!).
  • Communicate with other departments and external vendors to help keep production and delivery on track.
  • Ask questions and escalate issues to the Lead Fulfillment Specialist when you need support.

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a satisfactory background check.
  • Experience in Photoshop or InDesign is a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to learn CADY's product lines and processes.
  • Willing to work a fluctuating schedule based on company needs.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to stay focused and pay attention to details in a fast-paced setting.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
