Overview:
The Associate Producer will provide end-to-end support to the Creative Team and E-Commerce Studio across all aspects of in house studio production, ensuring seamless execution from pre-production through on set support. Reporting directly to the Senior Producer, this role assists in the management of studio scheduling, booking talent and crew and coordinating logistics for all in house E-Commerce photo shoots.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all logistics for in-house studio shoots including booking models & crew, maintaining studio equipment, creating and distributing call sheets, and production paperwork
  • Manage E-Commerce shoot calendar in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Support the execution of multiple concurrent shoots across studio and occasional location environments
  • Assist on set, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to timelines
  • Support casting efforts including new model research, profile outreach, bookings, and communication
  • Conduct profile research and assist with location scouting where needed
  • Partner with Production & Creative to align on additional studio needs 
  • Maintain and grow a database of talent, photographers, stylists, groomers and locations
  • Manage day-to-day production administration including invoicing, billing, releases, and documentation
  • Own call sheet creation and distribution for E-Commerce and campaign shoots
  • Maintain accurate filing and tracking of talent releases and usage rights
  • Partner with Campaign production to facilitate sample handover
  • Oversee prop inventory and organization of the studio prop closet
  • Maintain seasonal database across photography, talent, locations, and creative references
  • Support ongoing relationship building with external partners and talent

What You Bring: 

  • Strong understanding of the vineyard vines brand and lifestyle
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in creative / production / operational related field
  • 2-3 years experience preferably in fashion, retail and/or apparel 
  • Excellent skills in Google Docs, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Understanding of finance and budget processes
  • Ability to learn and master proprietary internal tools
  • Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication
